Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs)
This pyramid shows how different interventions deliver value over time. Quick wins sit at the base, offering low cost improvements that create immediate savings. Medium term measures build on this with larger upgrades that improve efficiency and resilience. Long term investments at the top focus on fabric and whole building improvements that unlock the greatest impact. To date, we have successfully raised over £1.09bn+ in capital from a range of sources including frameworks, bonds, and Vital Energi self funding to support the development of projects. We are also currently developing bespoke off-balance-sheet funding options to further provide access to sustainable solutions across the UK.
